You can add Grays Athletic's "Recreation Ground" to that list since being sold off for housing in 2010, and poor old Grays have been ground sharing ever since. :sad:

Its been going on for years

Brentwood Town were a successful Southern league team , reaching the FA Cup 3rd round in 69/70 yet they were taken over by someone with connections to property (I think it was Bairstow of Bairstow Eve) , promptly merged them with his other club, Chelmsford city and built houses on the ground.
A few years later Chelmsford were turfed out of New Writtle Street , whilst they built homes on there too
