May backs the troops...at long last.

Britain is just one small island and the reality is it cannot continue with the level of immigration ATM,even people who have been here for just a few years want immigration stopped to a trickle, current numbers cannot be sustained.

Human rights is one mad bad sad ruling, common sense and decent values have been thrown away just to allow lawyers to make millions defending the undefendable.

It'll be interesting to see, a few years down the line, whether Brexit leads to a substantial decrease in immigration figures or not.I doubt it somehow.Certainly not, if the UK continues to be relatively prosperous compared to the EU and countries elsewhere.

Successive Labour and Tory governments have tried to get immigration numbers down without success.

Non EU immigrants between 1995 to 2011 cost the British taxpayer £118 billion more than any tax collected.

EU immigrants during the same period contributed £20 billion after tax collected.

EU immigrants contribute just over 1 billion every year, fairly small fry compared to GDP,the real kicker IMO is the fact the EU migrants especially eastern bloc save their money instead of helping the economy.

Non EU in fairness have took the wee for years.

And the UK-born population contributed £617bn less in taxes than they received in benefits over that period. #kickoutthelocals

40% chance that the average Briton claims tax credits or benefits, compared to 23% for new immigrants since 2000 and a 24% chance for non-EU immigrants.

So it's non-EU migrants who you think the problem are but you want to kick out the ones who are net contributors?

I just answered your question !

Immigration since 95 has cost the British taxpayer 98 billion smackers !..over 6 billion every year !

EU migration has contributed around 20 million every week which is a tiny amount compared to the problems causes.

La Marina is a small Spanish town with a population of 10,000...LM is split into 2 parts...the old town with overwhelming Spanish residents would actually starve if the Brit population stopped paying their council tax and ceased shopping around that area.

Now that is contribution and the Brits are glad to pay their way whilst the Spanish are glad the Brits live there.

Oh dear !

Will you lot stop it FFS. Please sod off to the correct thread with this tired old bollocks and leave this thread for the topic in question.
I was going to post something relevant about the situation with the troops but you have managed, once again, to ruin a thread with completely irrelevant ramblings so I shall not bother. Thanks a lot:thumbdown:
