In a article in the echo it says over 9000 tickets have been sold in the home end

The latest from the public SUFC servers

Bear in mind this figure is seats accounted for, not necessarily sold. Also there will be a few hundred comps over in the East stand. Bung in 500 Bury supporters and maybe another 100 walk-ups tomorrow and we may get near to a 9k gate. However many there are of us, lets get behind the team and let them feel the love.............well at least for the first 10 minutes, after that if we are huffing and puffing feel free to be abusive:smile:,............only joking, this is a big deal for us dependent on what happens at Bristol....bring it on. I'm going for 9,700 tomorrow. In the Echo on Thursday it said over 8k home tickets had been sold. I'm guessing that's complimentary included so we've sold well over 8,500 home tickets so far.

Here's hoping then in front of a good home crowd it will be a cracking game and let's hope that everyone can get in the ground before KO as nothing more annoying than trying to watch a game and people are walking around in front of you or in the aisle looking for their seats

Amen to that. They should be held by stewards at the top of the stairs until there's a break in play.

They are always, also, the same people who then get up about 10 minutes before half-time and squeeze back past again (mainly cos they've been in the pub).

Another good reason for safe standing.
