Essex CCC 2017

Well done Essex!

:happy::happy:

6th Win of the season, still top of the table with 158 points in the bag.

Now if the lads, get their skates on, the team coach can head over to Old Trafford on their way back home to scoop up Cook & Westley to give them a lift back to Essex! :smile:

And we've currently gained at least a point against 2nd place Lancashire as they didn't manage to achieve a batting bonus point.

Hopefully Lancashire's game is either a draw or win for Hampshire. In that order

Yeah a draw would be great!..... but a win for either team wouldn't make any difference to us, as it currently stands tonight both Lancashire & Hampshire are both on an equal 112 points each.

No play so far Hamps/Lancs and Middlesex look like losing to Warks, perfect week so far

Dare we dream of the flag flying over Chelmsford

Should be a draw in Lancs can bat an hour or so this morning. Hameed looks set.

By lunch, I can't see enough time for either side to force a win.

RAined off. Almost perfect week of results for Essex!

On the contrary, some crapppy weather will make it harder for the others to catch us!

Fantastic stuff.

Wasn't expecting Amir to make that much of an impact. He's been superb.

I'm starting to dream....
