While it was generally a decent weekend of Lions and boxing I watched a fair bit of other sport this morning. It is not just football with poor referees. The Lions referee was shocking. One of the judges scored the Manny fight 117-111. You have to ask whether 3 is enough. Scrums in rubgy league are pointless and scrums in Union Are going that way. Add to that forward passing in both disciplines and joke line outs in Union. Thoughts? Am I being over critical?

Scrums in rugby league are purely about taking the forwards temporarily out of the action at the restart. I'm sure they could find a different method though as they are so rarely a contest.

Funnily enough, I saw a contested scrum in a game yesterday, but both me and the mate I went with were scratching our heads trying to think of the last time we saw one.

Infrastructure? I though you were talking about the West stand bogs.
