More than that isn't it? Marca and AS in Madrid, [I]EMD[/I] in Barcelona, is Sport still around? Some of the guff they print is hilarious. When working in Madrid, I would sometimes get the chance to read both the Madrid and Catalan sports papers each day and it was like reading papers from two different universes, never mind regions

I don't actually buy any of these papers, honest. :smile:Though I'm quite happy to look at EMD if I pop into a local bar or restaurant in SC.Don't think I've seen a copy of Sport here since Pep was in charge of Barça.

Ludicrous if you ask me. What credentials does he have? I'm sure there's plenty of young managers feeling angry as he's go the gig due to his name.

Glad Ipswich went for Paul Hurst instead of Frank Lampard.

Glad Ipswich went for Paul Hurst instead of Frank Lampard.

Following Hurst into Shrews will be a tough tough job to try and replicate the season they have had. I did wonder if Cocko might apply there as he is very well respected at Shrews.

and Bielsa replaces him!

Great nicknames, should shake up the crowd

Madman Bielsa, Loco Bielsa, El Loco

From Wiki

In October 2014, Marcelo Bielsa became well-known internationally when a Youtube clip emerged of him accidentally sitting on a cup of hot coffee in the middle of a game. He suffered no major injuries in relation to this incident.
On 8 August 2015, after losing opening 2015–16 Ligue 1 match against Caen, Bielsa announced his resignation as the result of conflicts with the club's management.[SUP][30][/SUP]
[h=3]Lazio[edit][/h]On 6 July 2016, Bielsa was appointed manager of Italian Serie A club Lazio.[SUP][31][/SUP] However, just two days later, on 8 July, Bielsa quit as the club's manager,[SUP][32][/SUP] prompting Lazio to issue legal action against Bielsa for breach of contract, suing him for €50 million.[SUP][33][/SUP]

Cocko for The Grecians? It could be a good fit for him as he knows Devon well; however would being an ex-Plymouth player stop that happening?
