Good second half performance, poor first half performance. Whatever PB said at half time certainly made a difference. The Cobblers were clinging on by the last ten minutes. We must start winning such games though.

In the end, not massively disappointed. Yes a win is obviously better but we came back from 2-0 down, I didn't hear about any new injuries and what with Wright signing, Woody returning and defensive options about to return our season could be on the verge of turning around

Draw at home against another average side, we should be beating these teams; along with Rochdale and Plymouth

Undone by a very poor 1st half. We seem to yet again lack height at the back and are getting punished by the hoofers..

Coming back from 2-0 down and looking good for a 3rd against a side in form with the new manager bounce is a pretty good result i reckon

Playing the ball past Northampton's tall defence for our players to run onto was what the BBC Esex commentary team reckoned. That's certainly how it looked on ifollow.Pity we didn't think of that in the first half.

I wouldn't have said the first half was poor - it wasn't great but we were still the better side; Northampton hardly created anything yet found themselves 2-0 up. We deserved at least a draw, if not more
