I don't think you can beat Stilton but I am partial to smelly French soft cheese.

Also a fan of Ham flavour primula. It's a broad church.
 
Nothing beats a warm camembert with some crusty bread and celery to dip in. I love cheese, practically anything except stuff with fruit in.....I really like the Shropshire Blue and a good strong Cheddar is never a disappointment.
 
I doubt there is a cheese created that I don't like - bar the one thats crawling with maggots that's allegedly a delicacy in Sardinia. :sick:
