Why Would you have a disciplinary hearing for simply being late. Surely that's just a chat.

Would that mean you don't play.

Doesn't seem to add up.

Personally I hope he gets binned and off of our wage bill. He is a wrong un and his performances of late have been poor.

You don't get a disciplinary for being late.

You get a disciplinary for consistently being late.

Brown has to tread carefully. The dressing room of his predecessor tired of Mohsni's antics and it undermined the manager's authority. Ranger is every bit as prolific (in trangressing, not sadly in scoring) and there will come a time when his team-mates tire of him too. His poor attitude to training and resultant lack of fitness means he's on shaky ground.

He can get away with it if he plays well and the team are doing well.

Sadly I think he is a bit bored with the mundane life of seeing out a three year contract. Last year he had the excitement of seeing if he could play football again, his court case, and his suspension. He needs to grow up. I don't think he can though.

By all accounts last night's performance produced more commitment from the players. Maybe they were glad to see Ranger ousted from the squad. There must surely be at least a few players who are not happy with the way Ranger behaves and the chances he gets given.

Never been to training but heard that he trains at his own pace - can anyone verify that or does he really put a shift in at training?

That did cross my mind, as well.
