TV Highlights MK Dons 1-1 Southend United
Crap highlights from Sky as usual, they didn't show our penalty incident or the miss (probably a good thing in hindsight). They showed Cox hitting the cross bar but not Bridge hitting the post, or any other of our other efforts.
I will say, (as others have said) Ferdinand was caught well short though that led to their goal (putting his arm up for an offside was futile and quite frankly embarrassing).
Was it a penalty in my book. Yes. All day long. Oxley judged that challenge all wrong. Although the ball was never going to finish in the back of the net, even with Anton & co back tracking, the both of them would have got to the line before the ball.
It seems Mark had already made his mind up what he was going to do when running into him, and that was to body slam him regardless. I reckon some ref's could have given Oxley a straight red for that. Iv'e seen easier one's given.

So you're criticising them for not showing an effort by someone who didn't take part in the game ?
