An undeserved defeat destroys our home record. We showed commitment and were strongly competitive against a very good side.

Personally I feel a lot of empathy for Phil, we surely deserved something from that match! Very harsh to lose it in the final minutes

Sounds like you can feel a little unfortunate to lose a tight game by the odd goal.
But our last four away games have all been against teams who were unbeaten at home - Portsmouth, Wigan, Shrewsbury and you guys - and we've won them all. So we were always going to be tough.
I'm originally from Grays and have a soft spot for the Shrimpers. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Grays? What a complete and utter khazi of a place. Only degenerate reprobates live in Grays, especially the Blackshots area :whistling::winking::smile:

No we weren't - could have been 3 down at half time due to rubbish formation; yes second half did better but shouldn't have been in that situation in the first place
