It’s funny how we all see things differently, maybe they were asked not to track back, but I thought the two new boys did considerably less defensive work, including putting their back 4 under pressure than cox and 36 year old fortune did

I was talking about fresher legs for Tuesday as a result of Saturday's exertions. Fortune had the experience but not the second burst. Ladapo and Harrison seemed less sure of their defensive responsibilities.
 
Not sure if anyone else as posted this, but Paul Cooks interview on BBC Radio Manchester was very commentary of us. Its nice to hear a manager admit they were undone by the better team on the day, and not bemoan decisions made by officials or the playing conditions..

Yep, excellent interview, as is Max Power's post-match one, as well.

A bit of dignity in the game goes a long way, for me.

Especially as we live in a blame & claim culture, these days.
