The world's richest woman dies, Liliane Bettencourt, the owner of L'Oreal who leaves a cool £29bn to her hair heir. Sadly that's not uncle Ronny who has no doubt helped kept her in the lifestyle she was accustomed to.

Used to love watching 15 to 1.

Wow! .. Never seen that. Extraordinary.

That fella should have done 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire'!

Have to agree on William G Stewart and 15-1. He was the best.

Of course, he also produced and directed a number of ITV Comedy programmes in the 1970's.

William G Stewart ex host of Fifteen to one.

There was a higher calibre of unemployed daytime viewer in the 90's and the Countdown/Fifteen to one double bill was essential breakfast viewing when I was at university.

I think I was probably watching the 9.30 airing of Neighbours if I wasn't at work at that time, lol!

15 to 1 was a programme with an air of gravitas about it, until a friend of mine went on. We knew him as a total ****head, albeit a very intelligent one, but could never take it seriously after that - would have been about 1990, I think.

Blimey, just seen this. Would certainly have a had a spot in Thatcher's first government had he not lost his seat in 1979.

I've said on SZ before how there are too many silences at football matches these days, but I'd say he would merit one at our next home game.

Glad I won't be at RH tonight then, though I'll certainly be watching on ifollow.

...and another. Til Death do Us Part's Tony (father of that hideous woman Cherie) Booth dies 85.

Just because I say I think there should be a minute's silence for Teddy Taylor at the next game, it doesn't mean there will be one. I'm not really that big a mover and shaker at Roots Hall, although I do know the new kitman.

Before I update the list, please check your nominations as there have been quite a few deaths in the last week or so and the only hit I can find is ROB B with Tony Booth, anyone else, let me know and I'll update Thursday afternoon

Lady Lucan dies, age 80. Anyone have her?

Not me personally!!..

Hugh Heffner maybe?... He's had loads...!....

Sad really, I will really miss the crossword / horoscopes section of his mag, It wasn't all about the glossy porno pictures that you get in a Heat magazine these days!

(I say sad)... not really.... he became a millionaire by knobbing as many women as possible and lived until nearly 92 years old!... sign me up!

They will certainly have trouble closing the coffin lid.
