If I was Tilson I'd be demanding crisis talks with our beloved chairman first thing in the morning.

We've got few assets left at this football club and the managerial partnership and the stability they bring are one of the last threads that haven't unravelled yet. RM needs to be reminded of this pretty damn quick, otherwise it's League Two dross once more, for who knows many seasons this time around.

Surely he can't be so blinkered to ignore the fact that are a spangly new stadium means FA if you're languishing in L2 or, even worse & I think things are getting that bad, the Blue Square Premier. Every single result that we needed to go our way tonight has seemingly done the opposite, just about sums up Southend Utd just now.

Tilly, if you ever do lurk on here or are informed of the general mood of the supporters, please please please demand that a level of investment is put into the playing staff. If not before January or even the end of the loan window but without fail in the summer.

Sell up now Ron!! Nuff said!!

Let someone else run our beloved club, before it get's run into the ground.

Hope that consortium are still interested, or a rich cockle tycoon is on standby.

These are very depressing times :'(

Once again... where do you want this money to come from? It's glaringly obvious that there's cashflow issues. Spending money which we haven't got has got us into this mess. Spending more money which we haven't got could send us bust.

100 000 0000 % agreed glasgow I am sick of this stadium rubbish that is slipping firther and further away, the bloke hasnt got enough money to change the light bulbs in the changing rooms, the man is a fraud

I want some level of external investment, as I did when the first rumours of the team not being paid on time came out.

RM is a property developer, therefore let him concentrate on that. Why he cannot just accept that for various reasons (I concede most of them not his direct doing) this whole project is bigger than he can cope with. I understand it's a balancing act in keeping the football side of the club going whilst trying to progress the stadium development. However, surely even the most loyal of RM sympathisers will agree he is failing at this, big time it would appear...

This squad is the worse I can remember since Wignalls days. Take the loanees out and youre not left with much quality at all. The team that started tonight had 7 league goals between them, how we gonna win games?

so if he hasnt got the money then why keep spending the money we have got on his stadium dream and not the playing staff??? surely if things are that bad its already on the back burner so why are we even bothering with it at the mo, lets shaw up the team bring alittle bit of something back to the playing staff, then in a couple of years when things are looking back up alittle concerntrate on the stadium then, but for now OUR TEAM NEEDS SOME DRASTIC ATTENTION NOT A RETAIL UNIT AND CASINO, A BLOCK OF FLATS, UNLESS YOU WOULD RATHER GO AND LOOK AT METAL AND CONCREAT EVRY OTHER WEEK?

But where is this investment going to come from? And again why do people think that the Stadium has anything to do with this. The accounts show that the Club aren't paying for the stadium.

We are I think in trouble this season. We have a really tough period coming up and I really think we have a poor squad.

All Tillys work of getting us out of league two could fast be undone.

Maybe he should spend some cash on get Investment Consultants to try and find some people or an organisation to invest then?

Essex has one of the highest proportion of millionaires in the UK so I'm sure somebody else from the county can be sold "the dream"...

With no investment it looks like we could plummet down to League 2. Would you be happy with that ? If not, what do you suggest ?

I can't remember who said it, so apologies fot that, but it was said that other day and it's spot on.

Tilly doesn't need or deserve ANOTHER relegation on his CV.

He's worked wonders at this club and RM is exploiting that IMO. This gamble he's taking, is getting too close for comfort. We ARE in a relegation battle. No 2 ways about it.

I don't think that is correct as 2 mill of the clubs money has gone on the planning etc of the stadium project. We have borrowed in advance from Sainsburys to pay HMRC . RM is in Hock to the Trust unless he has paid them back from Barneys money. The shops have not agreed a sale , flats on RH that were promised to be brought before Christmas have not been.

The Project for whatever reason is just to big for RM to handle now and the team is and has been suffering far to long in the hope of this Golden Rainbow that we have no idea of the details of how it will even help our club.

Spin, Spin and more Spin to pacify the majority whilst the team, Tilly and the supporters are treated to tit bits and crap football.

I have never in 40 odd years seen our squad so thin and weak in every position. I know most clubs are suffering but with our home gates we should be doing better than this.
