Yeah i know what you mean. It's this kind of stuff that sometimes makes you feel embarrassed to be british.

I don't mean to turn this into a thread about morals but, for example, years ago if i heard a commotion in the street i'd be out there telling people to **** off or shut up etc .. these days i turn the telly up, i guess that makes me part of the problem but i have no desire to be attacked or my property vandalised just for speaking out in such a situation

We should bring back the cane and proper punishment during school years for starters ...
