Busy day in court today.


Guardian is reporting one assault was interrupted by a passing Chuckle brother and that the lead singer of Showaddywaddy is also going to give evidence.

Amazing.
 
It is quite amazing. I have heard reports - obviously unconfirmed - that one of the victims (and not saying this relates to any of those on trial atm) used to be picked up in a chauffeur driven car on a Friday and returned home on a Sunday after being "used", with the parent/s' full knowledge and acquiescence in exchange for some cash! Who is the more guilty if that's so - the abuser/s or the parents?

If true, the abuser is guilty of whatever abuse they subjected the victim to and those who helped to facilitate that abuse are guilty of conspiracy to commit said acts.
 
Grooming, groping and hand out sweets! I think some reputations won't survive no matter what verdict the juries reach. I think they could have claimed to be Liberal Democrats and got let off if they apologised ( or not).
 
Comes to something when DLT has to rely on The Chuckle Brothers to be his character witnesses. :facepalm:
