DEADPOOL 2022

He was one of the sickest ever. Apart from the rapes, he had a thing for underage girls. He would take 14 year olds to the State where it was legal. He had a fetish for pooing in a bed during sex sessions. He was busted for drugs in which they found a huge amount of porn, a lot of it child porn. He bought a restaurant in 1987 and installed hidden micro cameras in the toilets. aerial view and behind the toilet. He had hundreds of women and girls on the tapes. Dozens of women sued and he paid out over a million dollars.
Tangled, I'm surprised at you. It seems everything is O.K. if they were a great stage performer and good singers.
FYI ,I don't approve of rape nor would I ever have dreamed of of marrying my attractive female cousin when shw was a teenager or even later but you're talking about great artists here. The sexual mores in rural Louisanna and Missouri plus the times would have been rather different too.Don't think you can/should judge the past from a woke/PC POV either.

RIP Jerry Lee.I'm proud to say I saw him twice live back in the 70's.First at that wonderful rock and roll show at Wembley with Grumpy Blue (Mick Jagger was in the audience) and once in Brum a couple of years later doing his Country & Western show.Great music which is what he should be remembered for.
In that case Jimmy Saville should be remembered for his charity work, if you think JLL should be remembered for his music, read the cousin report of her marriage you may change your mind

Don't think JS ever produced any music worthy of note.Sorry but your statement doesn't compute.

(Edit.Notice you seem to have ignored my remark about the difficuly of judging the past from a woke/PC POV) too.Not that I would ever condone JS's actions and certainly didn't when they became public knowledge.

It's not just the rapes or the incest things Tangled. It's the child porn and having sex with young girls. It's the spy cameras of females of all ages. Some of the young girls CB had freezed the tapes on their private part. We're never going to agree on this. I don't care how good a performer is if he is a paedo in any way. Maybe It's because I have a daughter, I am horrified by this sort of thing more than you, who doesn't seem to care. It's got nothing to do with being woke.

1.FWIW I make you right on that.2.I have two (now) adult daughters.

Very sad news indeed. A legend of FA Cup folklore, with a magic giant killing goal that most of us of a certain age will have seen repeated on screens. Enjoy:

It's all those kids charging on to the pitch to join in with the goal celebration that I love. They would all be looking at a three year banning order nowadays. How times have changed .

Indeed.A guy from my course at Brum Poly.organised a coach down for the game.Always regretted not going.

One of the most iconic goals ever scored. What people forget is that Southern League Hereford with nearly all part timers, drew 2-2 in the first game at Newcastle. That result was considered incredible at the time, as a lot of times the non league teams got beat by loads of goals. Hereford scored a 30 yarder in that one. Newcastle had Super Mac who was awesome at the time and scored 30 goals that season. The talk was how many Super Mac would score according to Newcastle fans reflecting on the game. Even Southend used to put big scores in when playing teams a few leagues below us around those years. Yes, of course there were cup upsets. But it was that goal with the one-two, and hit to perfection like a bullet, his arms in the air still running, then of course the crowd on the pitch in jubilation. Absolutely brilliant Ronnie Radford.

Probably the last of those quintessentially "British" posh school of actors, always played that type, and did so very well. Always very charming in any interviews. RIP Leslie.
