Sorry to all the Kev lovers but it’s time for him to go. We are not progressing we are going backwards. The players play a way that he wants and is poor.! Side to side and backwards just how he played. There is no tempo it’s all very slow. He seems to love Bonne for some reason but I’ve seen more in pepple than him but he sits on the bench. The buck stops with Kev, the players seem to have no confidence in his way of playing. Something needs to change or there is no point doing up a ground in the national league south.!

That was one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen. All I can say is thank **** Bonne only has a one year deal! Husin was ****, Bridge is very good at looking like he is going to do something and then doing **** all. Colin needs to be benched, Taylor gave the ball away so much today but also looks as though he’s only one of the only players that tries and gives a ****e.

Maher is brilliant though, who would’ve thought of bringing on two defenders, one for a striker, when 0-2 down to Maidenhead at home. What a tactical genius!

That’s the last game I’m going to go to for a while, what a waste of time when there’s so many better things to do on a Saturday such as watching paint dry.

The players is fcuking disgusting, they played like they wanted Maher to get fired. There are good managers in NL, who would love to manage Southend Utd or ex Sutton & Notts Co. Manager who got both club promoted in last 4 years, both are available.

Bin the 5-3-2. It's not working and it's been found out
Exactly, but he won't change, bridge is not the player of last season he looks nikes off, we are so easy to play against it's worrying, if a team like maidenhead can find us out that easy then this is a really really worrying time

Where to start.
Bonne....stealing our money. He will show a glimpse here and there but then, he doesn't jump for headers, chase lost causes, show some balls when a defenders on him, press anyone or just strolls about doing naff all. I'm sure as they came out after the break he was discussing bits with Gus and Taylor...gesticulating etc and gus didn't look happy just stared at Taylor as if to sat what is this geezer saying. I can't believe that despite our late start to transfer dealings he was the best option out of hundreds and hundreds of players he was the guy.
Same with Moncur I'm afraid....woeful. He keeps the ball well at times...there that's his contribution to the game. He produces the grand total of zero....
There's a balanced view that Cardwell, kensdale and Miley were the beating heart of this team and they are all gone....big loss granted but man that is woeful football.
Pace???? An attribute clearly despised by those recruiting players.....we are so slow all over.
I don't know what the answer is tbh. But I'd love to set up a team against us at the moment it's easy money.

We have no craft or guile and cannot open teams up, our crossing is poor so limiting chances. We look fragile in defence and weak in attack. What's worrying is when it's clearly not working the management team seem unable to effect change. If the management team can't impose themselves on the team and the players continue to play to that level then it'll be a mass clear out or a change at the top. Personally apart from a couple of players I think most are not up to the task.
