According to Non League ground guide FGR capacity is 5,140 .....which, if they stick to 15% away fans is roughly 750 !!!
However, maybe for segregation reasons the "away end " holds 1,000 with possible seating for another 200....easy sell out for us me thinks

What a result - no way at 3-1 did I see us scoring 1 let alone 3 more!

One thing I noticed particularly the second half was how direct and trying to ge tin behind we played - not seen that In a Kev team before and it worked a treat - has crab ball all season just been a ploy to give teams the sense Southend can't change it up, come the playoffs...boom new tactic!

Hayes 6 - absolutely plop first half gaff for first goal, second wasn't the best either, did OK second half onwards

Taylor 6 - was soooo bad in the first half a solid 2 or 3 rating coming but did OK rest of the game.

Ralph 7 - scored and was mainly tidy, felt they all were at sea first half though

Goodliffe 7 - really starting to warm to the boy, again like rest of back line poor first half, but he's such a menace in the opposition box for dead balls - set up Kendall for the winner

Gus 7 - some decent balls into the box and some solid defending

Bridge 6 - didn't even here him mentioned he was so ineffectual, but also didn't **** up either so

KAF 10 - for a small lad he's an absolute terrier, never stops harassing, superb engine and also good on the ball, should of had a pen - MOM

Coker 6 - decent deliveries but looked very nervous

Husin 5 - gave away penalty and was ineffective

Hopper 7 - battled well, scored a good goal

Walker 5 - woof - just woof

Subs

Bonne 7 - set up a goal, great strength and run channels well, why oh why can't he finish though

Kendal 7 - ran about, fox in the box goal - could be coming into scoring form at just the right time

Cav 6 - tidy

Parillon 7 - scary how good this boy could be nice goal and some strong runs

Gubbins 5 - wasn't on long, didn't make a mistake

Kev and Co 8 - made changes earlier enough and look at the impact

A win like that has too give some belief - wouldn't want to be a team facing us at the moment!

3-1 down against 12 mens (referee included), I was hoping we don’t give up and keep fighting for pride and give away fans some encouragement. Hopper made it 3-2, with 17 minutes left, I suddenly feel confidence that “whoever score the next goal will gone on to win the game”, 3-3 and I was in dreamland!! KAF could have won it as he was going to shoot, he got hacked down, 100% penalty!! I was swearing at the TV, “fcuking Referee, you should pull down Rochdale player short down and suck his c@ck off!”.

Once it’s 4-3, I screamed the house down, caused next door light to switch on

Forest Green haven’t played for over two weeks, so they will get caught cold, I am confident, if we tightened up a bit, we can catch them cold and win.

Fantastic display

Great game to watch I thought we bossed most of it actually they had about 3 attacks and scored 2 goals in the first half . Having had such a good defensive record for the past 4 games I thought here we go when we allowed them to break down the right, cross from thy left and nod in virtually unmarked, our trde mark weakness for much of the season

Then the penalty , head in hands time , and the odd curse from me towards Noor who did clip the bloke running past him at pace. I thought t like no doubt most of us, that was it. When did we last come back from 3 -1 down ? poor

Fabulous fight back , all credit to the boys. , what a great attitude to fight for it every inch. I was calling for Kendall with 20 minutes to ( inf act from the kick off as well, to be honest ) but great timing and pace to terrify them when they looked drained and shell shocked, Well done Kev and Co !

Might have to fly back from Nephews wedding in Barcelona for semi final and Wemberley, given me and Mrs went and extended our stay out there !

I just can't believe we turned that around from 3-1, looked absolutely dead and buried. Bonne was a man possessed, Parillon made such an impact. KAF is going to be the most drug tested player in history after that, how on earth did he keep going?! Absolutely sensational. Just incredible spirit. Forest Green will not fancy us in the slightest, they do not care as much as our lads. Heart rate through the roof. Need Kendall to start as a certainty, what a signing he's looking to be. Up the effin Blues

Technically, we ain't got it - but there again who has in the NL?
But the determination, exemplified by GSM, made all the difference.
Bonne and LCP were important subs, and for the record, I suppose the ref wanted to see KAF machine-gunned before he awarded a pen!

Thought they seemed very nervy at the start and couldn't settle. Think that was the dales plan to come at us immediately. And Dale seemed to be the better team in thd first half. But as it went on we grew into it. Dale looked like they ran out of ideas and their subs didn't impact the game. Unbelievable game.

So we got one of those few and far between special nights that will live in the memory for a long time.

Despite what all the doom and gloom merchants on the match thread thought - we were fine in the first half - Rodney’s goal 9 times out of 10 the angle was too narrow - did he do anything else other than score a penalty? The second was soft and you would hope your keeper would stop it. If that was a penalty then ours should have been 10 times over. The ref gave us nothing all night - it was clear who he thought should win.

Perhaps someone should tell the FA and the NL that Ron Martin doesn’t own the club any more and we deserve fair and equal treatment now.

I always thought we would get a second goal - Rochdale have collapsed a few times.

Everyone comes out with credit - it’s a team game and we finally have strength on our bench - our substitutes were far superior to theirs. We got back on top once they started making substitutions. And once we got back to 3-3 there was only going to be one winner - US!

Can’t remember the last time we were 3-1 down and won! This game makes up for all those dreadful Southend nils we had early in the season.

Momentum and belief - its 11 against 11 or 16 against 16 or even our 16 against 17.
