We’re pitstopping at Piccadily Circus for Guinnes then onto WC. Got a not so mobile member of our party so might need to get a bus/can from Wembley Central to close to the stadium. Need to leave plenty of time, I reckon.

Yup. Each to their own but the Marylebone pub plans feel pretty foreboding and a recipe for getting in late.
