What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

Soup, pah! Had a tooth pulled yesterday. Dentist had to almost stand on my chest and two handed plier the ******* out with a fountain of blood flowing after. #happydays

My wife bought me 4 tubs of Potted Shrimps from Morrisons in Hadleigh yesterday , that had been marked down from £3.95 to 95p what a bargain .

They often have a lot of fish marked down, well worth it if you have space in the freezer.

Disagree. Fish is not at its best after hanging around for a few days.
Shrimps are potted to preserve them , I am not saying freeze a bit of cod that's been laying around , you can freeze butter so freezing potted shrimps providing that they have been in a fridge would be okay . Had a pot yesterday nothing wrong with them put the other 3 in the freezer for later

Potted Shrimps, yes.

Some manky cod fillet - I can't go for that.
