People whine when there are no statements but are never happy when we get one. He could just wait to have something concrete/definite to say but we would moan we aren't getting updates. This time it does at last seem that something big might be on the verge of happening as its not just Ron being hopefully but the council taking executive powers with a view to a decision/announcement in the coming days (not weeks).

The thing is do we actually know they're the same people? That is, do the same people that complain at no statement also complain about the contents of any statement? I have no idea. I guess it's more likely a case of you can't please all of the people all of the time.

Sometimes it is sometimes it isn't..personally I would rather regular updates even if they don't say very much as opposed to nothing at all.
