    Theresa May

Blimey she's ruthless. Hunt, Gove, Osbourne, Morgan, Whittingdale, all gone. New posts created for Brexit, including Davis in charge of Brexit (who has always been anti-EU), and the disgraced Liam Fox as new international trade minister. Oh and BoJo, which is very clever for May. In essence...

    Non brand crisps of distinction.

Has anyone got any decent non-brand crisp recommendations? I am currently into Kolak Chilli and Lemon flavour crisps which can be found in the ethnic foods aisle in Tesco or the 99p shop on Canvey Island. Kolak do a number of other Indian inspired flavours and the curry/chutney ones aren't bad...
  6. Manson on C5

Just caught up with it from my Sky+ box. Powerful stuff, absolutely hypnotic and chilling. If the story of Linda Kasabian, Charlie M, and the deranged Family is ever repeated I highly recommend that you catch it. What an absolute beauty Sharon Tate was, and what a tragic waste of so many lives.

  12. Question Question for the chemists

Ok, I've just put some rice on the boil for dinner with my left over chilli, but I've just had a thought. When you add salt to water does it; a) Lower the boiling point of water so it boils quicker? b) Raise the boiling point so the food cooks quicker? I know it's hard to believe but I...

BATTLING BLUES PUT BRUM OUT TO SEED Southend pulled off one of the results of the season by deservedly claiming all three points on the sponge that is now the St Andrews pitch. Top 50 film endings

Thoughts? 50. The Blair Witch Project (1999) - The movie isn't particularly scary... at least until the last two minutes, which take the tension level from 10 to 100 at an exponential pace. The final seconds -- wherein a member of the cast is spotted, back turned and facing a corner, as an...
