  3. At Training Today.

I had to go near the training ground today, so popped in as the time was right. It was 8 versus 8 on a short pitch. Very intense and fast as usual, with some cracking goals scored today. Coughlin was taking training today with Phil Brown looking on and even making up the numbers on the pitch...

Pre-Match Thread Scunthorpe United v Southend United

Another SUFCs game where last season we went down 0-1 at Glanford Park. The Iron have had a decent start to the season currently in 5th place with 10 points on the board. Hopefully the hard work and spirit displayed at Bolton will again be evident at Scunthorpe, we shall see. Assuming the...

    Jakub Sokolik

When Jakub Sokolik was first with us on loan I thought he was a real prospect, and I would have loved to have him permanently with Southend. That didn't happen and from then on his career development has been on hold it seems, for a variety of reasons. Now he is finally back with us as a real...

Latest Rumours Phil Brown spotted at Crystal Palace u21 game tonight

Mate of mine who supports Palace just text me to say Brown is there. The two centre backs currently playing are Ryan Inniss and Alex Wynter. He reckons they're both class, but Inniss is apparently the better one and is 6ft 5 so would be a decent loan signing!
