    Women's World Cup 2015

Unless the England team sharpen up on ball control and passing I can't see them bringing home the silverware. France looked a classy team, good technique and slick passing. they will go a long way in this tournament based on that performance.

You dont sharpen a knife like that.....give it to me.

Three hours later two fingers on my left hand are still bleeding although in my defence it was a fantastic roast and I had been on the red wine. Has anyone else made a spectacular tit of themselves recently? If so please provide full details.

A Bad Day at the Office

Nothing I saw suggested that the Shrimpers would definitely be battling against relegation this season; there were a few positives to take away from the game but there were also one or two negatives. I thought Billy Paynter was a helluva lot better than some on this forum have suggested and we...
  7. New fans

Another thought on the ticket fiasco on Saturday for you to ponder. We are now seeing publicity about falling Prem League attendances because of poor product and stupid ticket prices. I saw a lot of people on saturday who wanted to get to a game of football without it costing them a weeks...
  8. Fredy's four-match ban isn't so bad...

Consider the scenario: Eastwood scores a hatful against Scunthorpe and Col******r and thereby proves his stock at this level. Then, a Championship or even Premier$hite club, who've lost a striker in the transfer deadline merry-go-round, put in a bid for Fredy. At least his...
