Forget last night... its now all about gaining momentum , team spirit , fitness + confidence ahead of "that game" on April 7th. I think what we need more than extensive training sessions is some team bonding, be it kart racing / paintballing etc , anything to get the body language way more postitive than it was last night.

Anyway , whats the team gonna be for Wembley ?

.................................BENTLEY...............................
CLOHESSEY........PHILLIPS.........CRESSWELL........BARKER
HURST..........MKANDAWIRE..........LUND.........REEVES....
.................ASSOMBALONGA.....TOMLIN.......................

SUBS EASTWOOD,CORR,PROSSER,LEONARD,SMITH

(i predict a sudden miraculous recovery from injury from Barker + Phillips)

we will win 2.1 Tomlin grabbing both goals

Many of the 30,000 are expecting a line up similar to:

Sammy, Dave Worthington, Chris Powell, Glen Pennyfather, Joe Jaques, Dave Cusack, Wee Dave Cunningham, Billy Best, Richard Cadette, Stan Collymore & Spud Taylor.

I reckon the players are saving themselves for their big day out, hence they'll be up for it come April 7th. Hope it isn't "rabbit in headlights" situation though when faced with 32768 cheering Shrimpers & hangers on. :stunned:

We've got every chance of winning. We're not at Roots Hall and Crewe will attack us. We've already seen off Bury, Orient, Brentford so far this season from League One not to mention what we've done to the better teams in this division on occasions.

We do need to get our confidence up though, too many playing poorly at the moment.

No room for Bill Garner, Mike Beesley, Justin Edinburgh, and, one of our most successful former players.......... Gary Hooper?
