This is the place to tell everyone else about your bets for the coming season; I always like to have a nice big ante-post portfolio to keep me dreaming through the season.

Anyhow, my first dip in to the murky waters of the 2011/12 football season was Celtic at 5/6 (Hills) for the SPL. A good start today, but a long way to go...

Man City for the Prem w/o Chelsea and Man Utd at 5/4

I am very tempted by backing Southend in this group bet with Betfred:

11/4 looks massive in comparison with those 3 sides. Two in turmoil and one newly promoted.

Also placed a free bet with B365 on a Blackburn/Bournemouth relegation double at around 22/1.

Forgot to mention...also backed Man Utd at 13/8 for the Premier League. Long way to go, but a good start.
