Mine (well I say mine, it's got my name on it and the correct stand, but they're the only things that's right), dropped through the door today....

I will caveat the above by saying it's the first time I've ever had any problems, and also Laura at the TO was very helpful and apologetic when I phoned them

Is the missing one a different price bracket from the others?

I ordered three and have received one so far. Spoke to the ticket office and they’ve told me the different price brackets (adults/seniors/kids etc) were printed at different times, and it was the adult ones that were sent out first, so my missing two should be with me in the next couple of days, as they’re still being sent out in batches.
