BRITAIN poured a colossal £18.5billion into EU coffers last year – the equivalent of more than £50million a day. Gross receipts from Brussels plunged from £9.7billion in 2008 to £8.1billion last year, making Britain’s net contribution £10.3billion.

That will never happen Scott. Since 1954 the juggernaut that is the grand vision of a Euro Superstate has steamrollered itself throughout Europe without one iota of consideration for the populace that live withing it. You can use the same analogy as the banks, and like them the European Superstate and the Euro are to big to fail now.

Oh, and it's corrupt to the core and it'll never change.

Since there is no chance whatsoever of GB joining the Eurozone in the forseeable future how could this possibly affect our national budget?:unsure:
