Following on from our sad farewell to our fellow shrimper Doug Yates earlier his week, I have been asked to advise that some members of his family will be attending SUFC's game on Monday. It is planned to mark his passing during the 64th minute of the match with a minutes applause.
Please pass the word around so that as many people as possible join in.
RIP Dougie.

Lovely gesture. One of the nicest most genuine blokes i ever met.

Has been posted on Twitter now and been retweeted by Daniel Bentley. hope everyone gives Doug the send off he deserves.

Also John White has just retweeted.

The announcer is aware to so hopefully a message will go out to the crowd before the game and at 63 mins.
