Addition to backroom team?

Noticed in CP's final say on Friday's defeat he mentioned that we look set to add to our backroom team this week. What do we all reckon then - Stan's recruitment guy, a new physio or someone else?

Recruitment/Scouting and very experienced.

If there’s a gem somewhere out there in the Non-league scene, this guy will know absolutely everything about him, right down to boot size. He’s got a long history of unearthing raw talent, giving them a platform and eventually earning the club good money.

Glad this has now been confirmed. As I said above if there is one bloke that knows this level, it’s John. Great appointment.

Thats a cracking appointment for us he's been there and done it all , will have great knowledge and will for sure find a gem or two . Top stuff Southend !!
