Now we all know tonight is the AGM that so many people on here are looking forward to. There seems to be a few people on here going to it as well so I thought I'd start a thread about questions we would like asked tonight.

I'm assuming anyone who attends can ask questions?! If so can we please ask the following question:

1) To Tilly. Now the loan window is shut until next week, are we still looking at bringing in free transfers like Peter Gilbert and Irekpen who have both been on the Club's radar this summer?

Now, over to the good people of SZ to come up with their own questions they want answering...

2.) Explain why, and how, the kinetic head term of Bernoulli’s Equation for ideal fluids is modified for real fluids. Use sketches where appropriate

3) Seeing as players are being shipped out for there failure to "live up to expectations", why was the "substantial" offer for McCormack not accepted at a time when it is quite clear we're struggling financially? Also include the amount and club that tabled the bid...

Ooh can I play? Millwall, £200,000 ?

The AGM will be discussing the 2008 accounts, but as we all know events have moved on since last year.Unfortunately,I cannot attend tonight but if I was there I would hone in on the PRESENT cash flow position asking the following questions:-
1.Has our financial position improved or deteriorated since the 2008 Balance Sheet date?
2.In early 2009,we had a "windfall" resulting from our 2 games against Chelsea. How were these unexpected monies utilised?
3.Are we looking to sources of finance to steer us through our present cash flow crisis?
4.Has Sainsburys agreed to finance the early phases of Fossets Farm and,if so,when can we expect the first instalment?
5.How confident is the board of paying the outstanding Inland Revenue bill by the end of October,to avoid the Winding Up Order, and how will this be achieved?
6.Is the Club paying players' current wages and their Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions(which have been deducted from them) on time?

Remember, the Board will want to concentrate on last year's accounts, but we need to know what is happening now!

Good luck to all SZ attendees.

is the plan, 2-3 years of midtable loan assisted players survival, and hope that the financial climate has improved so we can build fossetts farm?
i'd prefer an honest yes to that then, we hope to be on site by last august!

superb stuff, can someone make a note of these and ensure they get asked

Who are Mezcal Investments?
What are the targets and plans for the next 3 seasons, season-by-season?
Are we still paying championship-level wages?
How is our youth system progressing - as expected?
Did we get promoted to the Championship too early?
What contingency plans are in place should we get relegated/go into administration?
What does Geoff bring to the club?

As my previous question was answered by RM in his statement... I'd like to know if the current predicament we find ourselves in has placed any further delay on work to commence on Fossett's, How long the Casino-Related delay, if anything, has placed on the commence date and finally, taking everything into question, just when can we expect to be on site?

Mezcal is a Tequila like drink with a worm inside each bottle. Hey, I think I may have answered another of the questions.

Will you accept that the work you try in bringing the fans to gether, has been severly dented by Mr King and his remarks over the past few months.

If Mr King worked for the Evening Echo and made those remarks about the club, would you request him not to darken the doors of Roots Hall again.

I'll take a copy of that block of questions earlier and see if they can get asked. I'm also going to say quite clearly that unless I have a really bad attack of insomnia tonight, this will not be written up until Saturday morning as I have a full day of work followed by a 2 hour meeting and then the match tomorrow.

it would be great if you or someone could do a very quick para on the key things that came out of it.
