Just noticed that despite the appalling weather today, all 40 FA Cup ties were completed today (including some at a quite low level).
In fact scanning the results, I only came across one game abandoned supposedly due to the inclement weather.
Yes, you guessed it, Aldershot. And yes they were 2-0 down at home to Wrexham when it was called off.
I wonder whether they use the same gleefull announcer that we had all those years ago, who couldn't tell us quickly enough that our game had been abandoned due to floodlight failure, and yes, we too were winning.

Also that tweet from someone who bought a 5th tier side that have been in that league for over a decade. Seems their owner is trying to be as pathetic as our own.
