Altrincham on Saturday now a 12.30 ko

The whole of the National League and most of the EFL kick off at 1230 on Saturday.

Not strictly true. Only 7 of the 24 EFL games kick off at that time. A larger number have been brought forward to Friday evening.

No, it's not "Breaking News", it's old news, and yes, it messes up our day also as hubby has a pick up in London, and we've got to cram in selling quizzes, raffle tickets and everything else in when there's not going to be that many people about early.

Does seem strange this game got moved a month ago whereas Borehamwood remains the day of a potential quarter final and the league has a full schedule on the first semi final night, albeit not England's potential one.

If England beat Senegal, their quarter-final is on Saturday December 10th at 7pm, so hopefully time for our fans to get back from Boreham Wood. If we were to make the semi-final, this would be on Wednesday December 14th, a day after our home game against Halifax.
Oh, and the final is on the following Sunday, a day after our FA Trophy game.

Still not really a good idea to have a full league schedule on the night of a World Cup semi final. That’s going to affect attendances regardless of whether England are playing in it.
