Amazing story from NY Times - ex-Nirvana guitarist becomes Special Forces soldier

Excellent article, really interesting stuff, cheers for the link Paul.

It a great article indeed. Whilst "punk" rock may give an outlet to an angry kid who can scream down a mike or thrash a guitar, most of them are left-leaning I would imagine. I remember one of the members of Pearl Jam coming from Texas and having a love of guns, which was anathema to Eddie Vedder & Co.

Still gives me an excuse to grunge up my afternoon.
