What goes through the mind of some American police is staggering,firing 16 times with 15 of those rounds hitting the poor bloke when he was already down.

Cop charged with murder and rightly so,he deserves the beatings in prison just to see how tough he really is.

Still cannot get my head round these shootings,why is the only question.
