Always wondered (and appreciated) why he stayed on when everyone left. Anyone know why?

Same when franno stayed that extra season. You'd think they/their agents etc would have been on their way.

At 33 years old he would be the ideal age for Phil Brown. However, he did play in 33 games, completing 90 minutes in the majority, so he isn't injury prone enough for us.

I'd have him back in a heartbeat. Think him and Ferguson would be a really solid central partnership if we look to play a 4231 formation.

"Crock" would be the last word used to describe him. Managed 30+ games per season since 2008.

We have to move on and look forward to players who will sign long term deals that we can build a squad around. Not some ex player who will be around for a year. Cant keep looking back.

I haven't been watching the games, just listening along. I'd love to have AG back, what we need more than ever is experience. But my first thought was how will he and Ferguson fit together? They seem to be quite similar some respects.
