1) Concentration. We have conceded far too many late goals. I know some late goals are inevitable, but IMHO when we are 1 goal up with about 10 mins to go we tend to start time wasting and this is not a pleasing or effective tactic. The best way to defend a lead is to get another goal...

2) Accuracy of shooting. We lead the table in off target attempts. Also our shots/goals ratio is one of the worst in the division. It is 11.6, this meaning that we have to have 11.6 goal attempts before we score. Contrast this to Doncasters which is 7.4.

Beyond that I don't think there is much wrong. The team spirit is excellent. Has anyone any other thoughts?

We still need to tightnen up the defence generally. Though it is nice to have scored 9 goals in the last four games, that sort of scoring rate won't happen all the time, and we have let in 7 goals in the same four games. Exciting football, full of promise, but work to be done. Still like to see Tommy Mooney sign up for us.....
