Away loyalty scheme

Asked the Solihull official Twitter account and looks as if only home tickets will be available to buy on the day…

Apparently only about 130 tickets sold for Solihull so far. Surprised - maybe the performances and negativity is impacting some.

The club can't really win here - loads of people who go away and don't have season tickets demanded some kind of loyalty scheme, the club have set one up despite the obvious logistical difficulties with clubs in this league selling their own tickets, and people are still not happy.

Like others have said, anyone who goes to about three aways will already have more points than a season ticket holder. And it's not like it will be an issue for 99% of games.

Just got my Solihull ticket.Plenty of availability currently.Although a new ground to most its about a 300 mile round trip and with poor performances on the pitch cant see us taking loads of fans there

I phoned up yesterday and got straight through. In contrast to Wealdstone where I was on hold for about 15 minutes before being cut off and someone got me a ticket by queuing up in person.

The honeymoon period is well and truly over.

Had the hotel booked for weeks but I can't justify the mental damage that watching this shower causes me , so the weekend away won't include the match.

Scrap the scheme and invest in selling our away tickets online. Operate on a first come first served basis. Couldn't be simpler.

If we was a premiership club challenging the top boys and in the Champions League etc then i can imagine there would be a need for a scheme like this. But then they would offer online ticketing, saving the need to ring up to purchase a ticket.
Agree, I’d rather the ticket office concentrated on getting season tickets out, and getting them to work.

Have a good weekend whatever you end up doing

Absolutely agree with this. Absolute waste of time and energy with lots of clubs selling themselves anyway. Terrible scheme and unnecessarily hard to get tickets through

I ordered my 2 Solihull tickets online on Tuesday (have maximum points), rang the ticket office Wednesday morning to ensure they would be posted that day at the latest. You see we go away up North tomorrow morning and travelling to Solihull straight from our holiday venue. Needless to say they have not arrived and we have no chance of having the tickets without driving all the way home and back up to Solihull on the day of the game???

What a great loyalty scheme, we go to every game, yet they sell these 11 days (at the earliest) prior to the game, with no home game inbetween to collect them. Yet I can get a Boreham Wood ticket emailed to me straight away for a game that is 6 weeks away??? Grrr
