Hello all,
Just wanted to let everyone know Canada Shrimper (John) and myself are safely back in Toronto now after quite a long flight over the Atlantic with Air Canada.
I just wanted to say thanks to all the guys/girls I met this weekend. I had a fantastic time, I know John did and to be honest it wouldn't have been the same for either of us had it not been for the dozens of first class Southend supporters we met this weekend. I've been to plenty of games in my short time as a Shrimper and have never really had much of a chance to connect with the regulars so it really was a fantastic day for myself and I'm really grateful to John for introducing me to all his old pals and allowing me to tag along for the day.
It wouldn't have been the same without all the wonderful people I met this weekend.
