In speaking to various councillors the council have been waiting for certain documents from RM which have been slow in coming.Bearing in mind the news recently is there has been progress. Hopefully there is enough information the council need to get the deal over the line.As others have said its squeaky bum time

Probably partly political grandstanding. Making a point of who makes decisions and not wanting to be seen to be reckless and looking at what's previously been given the nod
