Back room staff - new additions

It is probably very fortunate that MM's PT first team coach at Weymouth stayed behind opening an obvious space for CF. CF staying on is an excellent move that will be welcomed by the players and contributes to a positive reaction across the fan base (i.e. including us).

Its always a delicate balance- the new manager wants to bring his team, at the same time being able to integrate top performing existing members of staff is a sign of people skills and maturity (of course existing said members of staff have to be willing to reciprocate).

thats`s just what we need out with the old in with the new think must supporters will agree the club needs a good sort out chairman ron has brought this guy in to do that from players to backroom staff . going to be a long job so lets hurry and get shot of memories of the last few seasons good luck mark .

He'll have worked with Isaac Hutchinson before then.

The other thing with this staff is that they are young. They're all under 40.

I think that's significant as a) they are closer in age to the players and b) they grew up in a very different footballing era to the likes of Bond - one of academies, analysts, dieticians, sports science and formations other than 4-4-2 (as well as also the internet, smart phones etc). Not that those older can't learn those, just that their experiences will have been different.

That generation of Cox, Kiernan etc may be the last one who go on ****-ups to Dublin

From the Official Site - really hope someone from the club is lurking and updates this asap. Especially the Academy Staff - CF isn’t on there, and we have a U23 side not an U21 ! !

Couldn’t agree more. This manager is the first appointed who is younger than me so must be well young bruv...

Good to see Kevin Maher back at the club though.

Tom Prodomo Linked In listing has him listed as manager of Bashley FC from 2015. Looking at their record for 2015/16 they played 42 won 0 drew 2 and lost 40. They conceded over 200 goals. Bashley are way down the pyramid and to see this on the CV of the assistant manager/coach is a bit bewildering. I don't have any context for this performance and maybe the dates are wrong ?
perfect experience for us then

I like that how in a very short article they managed to spell his surname incorrectly.
Podomoro sounds like an Italian tomato-based sauce of some kind

Tomato and Shrimp perhaps?

Vacancy on official site for a first team Physiotherapist

Hope this means the injuries don't start to stack up whilst we go through a hiring process

Applications to be the new physio to be sent to..... the Head of Commercial.

Any more news on Molesley's back room staff?

MM, the two Prodomos and Sam Hall the analyst from Bournemouth. Is that it? It seems to be a smaller staff than he had at Weymouth.

What I found quite reassuring from the interview with Tom Prodomo is all the the new team are looking at moving into the area. All very committed to the job so far.

You say that as if our hiring process is laboured in some way.
