Barney back on loan and maybe Lambert too for last few games if Saints screw up

Mate of mine said his Missus knows Alan Pardew and picked up something from him during a recent encounter.

Apparently part of the deal for letting Barney go so cheap was that we could get him back on loan if Southampton have nothing to play for over the last few matches. He would also be amenable to letting us have Lambert for a few games so that they could build their partnership understanding for next season, he said.

Obviously, any such deal would be subject to us sorting out our situation so lets hope RM can get his finger out on that one and Saints start dropping points pretty quickly :)

Common sense says this would not happen .
mid table teams in all divisins would be loaning out their star players at fat fees to clubs in fear of relegation every year.
