I went along to Thurrock Vs Bedford Town yesterday in a crowd of 160 or so. Who else was on the Bedford bench but Barrington "couldn't care less" Belgrave.

Turns out he started the last game, a 5-0 drubbing by Welling, but was dropped. He came on for the last 20 or so minutes, touched the ball about 3 times and never broke sweat, jogging around miles offside most of the time.

He's become a bit of a plumper as well.

"Never broke sweat" --- sounds familiar!!.

Brings back fond memories of the Essex Senior Cup semi final against Chelmsford City a few seasons ago.
