Battle of the 1990s British Albums

Agree with a lot of the above and am chucking in:

Prodigy - Fat of the Land

and some more when I think of them. Few beers at lunch

American band. Please try again (good album though)

Oh god yes, excellent choice.

Urban Hymns - The Verve (MK)
I Should Coco - Supergrass (Uncle Leo)
What's the Story Morning Glory - Oasis (FatShrimp)
Dummy - Portishead (davewebbsbrain)
Screamadelica - Primal Scream (Mad Cyril)e
Radiator - Super Furry Animals (Drastic)
OK Computer - Radiohead (DingleyDangley)
The Bends - Radiohead (GHG)
30 Something - Carter USM (Greebosan)
The Holy Bible - Manic Street Preachers (Supernaut)
Fat of the Land - Prodigy (Tommy's Mooney)
Violator - Depeche Mode (Toby Esterhase)
Feel Me Wierd - Squarepusher (Another Surrey Shrimper)

I bought a copy of Radiohead's OK Computer back in the day to see what all the fuss was about.I have to admit I quite like it.

What really suprises me about it though is that whenever our (now grown up) daughters used to have parties here, this was the CD judged by their friends to show that I had a "cool" record collection.

(Forget all the Blues,Jazz,Soul,R and B,Rock and Roll,Dylan,Van,Springsteen etc).:whistling:

PS Rest assured DD you're bound to win.

How about you choose an album like the title of the thread suggests rather than babble on :winking:
