Lordy, I've enjoyed a fair few of both of those in my time. Adnams gets the vote though- a cracking pint of ale, and the brewery makes Southwold smell really nice.

I voted for Adnams but to be pedantic isnt it a brand as opposed to a specific drink. For example, which Adnams am I voting for in particular? Broadside, Explorer, Innovation etc etc?

Saying that, whatever they make its always a top pint so they easily get my vote especially over a fruit beer which i detest.

The pint pictured above is Explorer which is a fine pint, for the next round should Adnams go through I'll ask the draw committee to nominate this as Adnams Explorer.

that'a a good point, I was voting on the basis of the standard Adnams Bitter as nothing else was mentioned.

Know the surrounding area around Southwold really very well, and supped many an Adnams pint in countless hostelries over the years. 100% whole hearted support for this one Harry!

Adnams for me too, not too often I side with the majority view......

Some fruit beers can be pleasant, but not Fruli!
