Have a guess....
Had a real result today. I bought this all-rounder for 6,666,666 on Thursday. i now reckon I could sell him for 8.5m in 5 weeks, as he'll have another level of Stamina by then. Guy who sold him must have miscalculated his bowling !!

Delroy Middleton (440539)
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, strong batting form, superb bowling form, fair
A destructive player with feeble leadership skills and feeble experience.

Plays For: BATTY SHRIMPERS
Nationality: England
Age: 21 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 30,221 (-59)
Wages: £11,723 p/w

Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: superb Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: remarkable Consistency: respectable
Fielding: woeful

He scored 29* off 19 balls and took 1-30 from his 10 overs in Fridays opening day win, and bowled 10 overs for 49 yesterday. Only prob I now have is his PFL, I'm going to have to manage his games quite carefully. He won't play either of the next 2 league games, as they are games I'm going to lose and win comfortably, so he might get a run in next Sunday's cup game if he's lucky.

I've had one pop:

20. Dave Granville - 20 yo, BT Rating=65,066
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, fresh
A destructive player with woeful leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: strong Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: remarkable Concentration: quality
Bowling: remarkable Consistency: superb
Fielding: woeful

And many form movements. It can move drastically as shown on my bowler, Richard Deane, whose superb batting form has moved to proficient, and his bowling has (thankfully) moved from strong to superb. My batsmen's forms good, but only 2 bowlers have superb form at the moment, the rest on strong.

two of my older guys popped a level of stamina, which lets me pass the nets onto the trainees. other than that, only one was this:

Scott Rautenbach (1245078)
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, strong batting form, woeful bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with mediocre leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Plays For: Pettefershire CCC
Nationality: England
Age: 21 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 4,522 (+156)
Wages: £511 p/w
Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: mediocre
Batting: mediocre Concentration: competent
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: worthless

realised a couple of weeks ago he was actually a better WK than the guy i'd had there, so he's on a keeping and fielding net. Form changes are all over the place.

I wouldn't bother with his keeping at 21 years old. You could pick up a mediocre bat, stam, conc and keeping 17 year old for not too much I'd imagine.

Norton finally pops, and so does Mapes

Allan Norton (434606)
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic
A defensive player with competent leadership skills and feeble experience.

Plays For: Southend United

Wages: £2,000 p/w

Stamina: proficient Wicket Keeping: feeble

Bowling: strong Consistency: mediocre
Fielding: competent

Bill Mapes (1120850)
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, strong batting form, superb bowling form, invigorated
A steady player with strong leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: Southend United
Nationality: England
Age: 18 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 13,835
Wages: £2,265 p/w

Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: competent
Batting: feeble Concentration: worthless
Bowling: strong Consistency: proficient
Fielding: abysmal

Danny Bartlett - 23 yo, BT Rating=122,113
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A defensive player with mediocre leadership skills and respectable experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: feeble
Batting: remarkable Concentration: elite
Bowling: woeful Consistency: proficient

No pops due for 7 (seven) weeks, at least in primaries. Should have a secondary pop in a fortnight, and a further one the week after that.

Tis a game of patience.

Oh. Cheers.

:)

I was actually referring to my team, but its a game of patience for us all as like hattrick its all about long-term planning.

I'm sure you are aware that a 17 year old on one batting or bowling net will take 11 to 12 weeks to pop, so even if you train the optimum age with the most efficient strategy (1 net a week equates to 11nets needed for one pop, as compared to the 14 nets needed for one pop at 2x nets a week), you'll average less than one pop per week.

Nyron Cunningham - 18 yo, BT Rating=15,730
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, invigorated
An attacking player with woeful leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: superb Concentration: respectable
Bowling: worthless Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: competent

Adeem Sajjad - 21 yo, BT Rating=52,797
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with abysmal leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: strong Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: superb Concentration: proficient
Bowling: remarkable Consistency: quality
Fielding: competent

James Sutherland - 21 yo, BT Rating=51,372
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic
An attacking player with mediocre leadership skills and feeble experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: respectable
Batting: worthless Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: exceptional Consistency: superb
Fielding: proficient

Also pulled a high competent 17yo bat so can train to respectable and sell after Sajjad pops in batting.

Also had the England U-19 scouts sniffing around Cunningham but I doubt he's anywhere near close enough.

Yep. There will be too many out there with 3 batting nets.

Yeah i had a message about Tapp and he is okay-ish but nowt special.

Good week for me. Raven popped in bowling. Guy's fitness is improving so i might go for a bowling attack of Jackman, Raven, Guy, Joey K and Titterton and see how that goes.

Browne ( the WK ) also popped to prof batt and i also had another pop somewhere but cannae remember where!

They are doing a general scout round after the elections. I've had them on about Evelyn and Schoeman, neither of whom I would guess, are anywhere near good enough.
