BBC Essex Ron interview here

Ron started off quite calm and measured, Glenn couldn't quite get him to apologise but he was saying some positive things about meeting Stan's CEO and promising to invest next season. He did start to get a bit bitter when questions started being asked about what the fans thought of him though (whilst not professional at least he seems to care about what the fans think of him).

At about 20 minutes in is Ron implying we're going to mount a legal challenge against the EFL relegating us due to the National League not relegating anyone this season? Hopefully someone tells him it's a terrible idea, I can't see that going anywhere (why the National League not relegating anyone would mean League 2 doesn't either makes no sense, it's not like there isn't anyone coming up) and it will generate a lot of bad PR for the club.

When you work out that 23 years of home and away games equates to 1300 trips, it explains our finances!

So where do you stop promotion and relegation Ron? Does your argument mean if there can't be relegation from League 2 then Rochdale, Swindon, Northampton & Bristol Rovers should stay in League One? and Wycombe etc in the Championship? And the Premier League?
