BBC Scotland done deal with Sultana????

I have just got in and watched the highlights of Scotland's game from last night on BBC Scotland's Reporting Scotland. So i assume from that, that BBC Scotland have paid the 1M plus to show the highlights?

Or is it that Sultana have charged BBC Scotland a far lot less to show the Scotland highlights than what they were wanting to charge the BBC for the England highlights??

Probably the latter. England highlights are more popular and are thus going to cost more.
