Heard something today on him has anyone else, he wasn’t at Stevenage Tuesday, heard hirs been demoted

I dont know why Ben not there, but I think it was Amy Rogers firmly in charge at Stevenage, Head physio , academy

nope not the case, has a family now and is the head physio, he's there as a full time job, day in day out, but also has a fully qualified team that work under him, and as I believe he wants to be able to spend a little time with his young family (out of hours) hence why from time to time you will see one of his team most noticeably on match days ..

Why spoil a good conspiracy theory with the truth MBG

Your wrong I’m afraid I’m not sure I want to put the reason on here tbh

I suspect this is the case. I'm seeing him later so will find out.

But he works so, so hard, pretty much 12 hours a day 7 days a week (or did pre his wedding last year) so it wouldn't surprise me if the above wasn't spot on.

The reason why I won’t put what I heard is because I don’t know the fella who told me well enough to trust but he’s not a Southend fan just knows Ben and Ben told him! But the bottom line was he’s been demoted

You'd need to work those sort of hours with our injury list.

So Ben is still in charge but there has been a restructuring. Ben now isn't needed on match days meaning his team look after things. This means Ben doesn't have to travel to away games, which is good as he can spend more time with the family.

That kind of rational explanation has no place on this forum.
Please only post unfounded speculation.
End of.
